Ingredients:

• 200 grams – minced Meat either Beef , Mutton or Chicken
• 2 large Onions chopped
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilly powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• Salt to taste
• 100 grams – spaghetti
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Break the spaghetti into small bits and cook in boiling salted water till done. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the chopped garlic and onions till slightly brown.
  3. Wash the mince and drain off the water. Add it to the onions, together with the salt, pepper, chilly powder and tomato puree. Mix well and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle the celery and cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and tomato sauce.
