
Ingredients:
• 4 to 5 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 – medium Onion
• 2 to 3 – Garlic pods
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Corn powder
• pepper
• salt
• Basil or coriander
Method:
- Boil tomatoes in a pressure cooker.
- After cooking for a while, make a fine puree with it.
- Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and onion paste and saute.
- Then, add corn flour to it and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add tomato puree to the pan and allow it to boil.
- Add water if required, for liquid consistency.
- Later add basil leaves before serving.
- Serve hot.
