Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 – medium Onion
• 2 to 3 – Garlic pods
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Corn powder
• pepper
• salt
• Basil or coriander

Method:

  1. Boil tomatoes in a pressure cooker.
  2. After cooking for a while, make a fine puree with it.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and onion paste and saute.
  4. Then, add corn flour to it and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Add tomato puree to the pan and allow it to boil.
  8. Add water if required, for liquid consistency.
  9. Later add basil leaves before serving.
  10. Serve hot.
