• 1 handful fine Egg noodles
• 5 cups – Chicken stock
• 2 tbsp – shredded Cabbage
• 1 cup – boiled and shredded Chicken
• a pinch of ajinomoto
• salt and pepper to taste
- Boil the noodles according to the direction on the box. Drain.
- Bring the stock to a boil, and add cabbage and boil for 5 mins. Add noodles.
- Remove from fire and mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve hot.
