
Ingredients:
• 1 big broccoli, chopped into medium size florets
• 2 big onions, chopped
• 1 tsp – Cuminutes/jeera
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder/haldi
• 1 tsp – chilli/mirchi powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a thick-bottom kadai.
- Add jeera. When it splutters, add onions.
- Saute till onions turn pink in colour.
- Add haldi and stir for a minute.
- Add broccoli and mix well.
- Lower flame and cover the kadai and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
- Keep stirring for every 4 minutes.
- When done, add salt and mirchi powder and stir well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove and serve hot with chapatti or phulka.
