
Ingredients:
• 250 g – paneer, cut into small pieces
• 3-4 – medium tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces each
• 2 – medium onions, cut into medium pieces
• 6 – green chillies, cut lengthwise
• 1 – capsicum, sliced
• 2 tsps – amchur powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• Salt as per need
• 1/4 tsp cumin (jeera)
• 1/2 tsp – Dhania powder (coriander)
• 2 tsp – cooking oil
• 25 g – Ginger grated
• 25 g – Garlic grated
• 1 tsp – Deghi Mirch
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and coriander.
- Once it splutters, add garlic and let it turn brown. Then add the ginger in. Saute.
- Add the onions and fry for 6 minutes. Then put tomatoes in along with salt, amchur, garam masala and black pepper and deghi mirch.
- Next add the capsicum pieces and saute for 5 minutes till everything’s soft.
- Now put paneer into the mixture and heat for 3 minutes. Also put green chillies.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
