Ingredients:
• 2-3 cups – Methi leaves
• 1 – Potato
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Mustard/curry leaves
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• A little Turmeric
• 2-3 tsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, curry leaves, jeera, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato. Fry until tomato is cooked well.
- Add chopped potato, salt and turmeric.
- Let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well.
- Add methi leaves and cook for 5 more minutes.
