
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Palak
• 50 g – makka
• 100 g – Capsicum
• 150 g – Tomatoes
• 50 g – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 50 g – Onion paste
Method:
- Boil palak in cooker, and mash after draining excess water.
- Take a pan, add oil, saute onion paste and then add tomato puree and keep frying for 10 minutes till oil separates.
- Now put makka and cut capsicum and fry for a while.
- Add salt as per taste and garam masala, followed by green chilli.
- Finally put mashed palak and keep on low fire for 3 minutes.
- Serve.
