
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• Red Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Mix rice flour, wheat and plain flour with water, ghee, salt and chilli powder.
- Make the dough into medium size balls and roll into small rounds.
- Cut it into long strips and deep-fry all these strips.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
