Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• Red Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Mix rice flour, wheat and plain flour with water, ghee, salt and chilli powder.
  2. Make the dough into medium size balls and roll into small rounds.
  3. Cut it into long strips and deep-fry all these strips.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
