Ingredients:

• 1 kg – rava
• 1/2 cup – Coconut (grated)
• 1 tbsp – pepper and Jeera grinded –
• salt
• 1/2 litre – oil

Method:

  1. Fry the rava in a tawa till light brown.
  2. Boil 2 litres of water and add the fried rava to the boiled water. Allow it to cook for 30 mins.
  3. Then mix the salt, pepper and jeera powder and grated coconut. Mix well.
  4. Heat the 1/2 litre of oil and pipe thenkuzal into the oil and fry.
