
Ingredients:
• 6 bread slices
• 1.5 packet – Mushrooms
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 125 ml – fresh Cream
• 6 to 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
• 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup – fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
• 4 cubes – grated cheese
• salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- Wash the mushrooms well and slice.
- Lightly heat butter in a sauce pan.
- Add the crushed garlic and sautee for few seconds.
- Add mushrooms and saute on a medium flame till all the water from the mushrooms evaporates.
- Add the cream and cook on a low flame till the cream thickens.
- Remove from gas. Add the grated cheese and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, green chilli and parsley. Mix well.
- The mixture should be thick in consistency.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread generous amount of the mushroom mixture on each toast. Serve hot.
