
Ingredients:
• 3 bunches – kosu
• A handful of dry fish (any small variety)
• 1 – Tomato
• Mustard oil
• 2 tsp – mashed Garlic
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• 6 – Green chillies
Method:
- Take 3 mutha (bunches) of kosu and a handful of dry fish (any small variety). Roast the dry fish on a tava for 3-4 minutes.
- Wash with warm water and keep aside.
- Heat mustard oil and add the mashed garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Cut and add the kosu xaak and mix well.
- Cut and add a tomato.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the dry fish and green chillies and mix well.
- Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.
