Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – whole Wheat
• 1/4 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – nutella
• 1/4 cup – Butter (melted) scant
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder (heaped)
• 1 big pinch – baking powder
• 1 big pinch – baking soda
• 1/2 cup – Sugar (powdered)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 175deg C.
  2. Sift both flours, cocoa, baking powder and soda together.
  3. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Add butter and mix well.
  5. Add nutella and mix well.
  6. You should get a dough that is soft and pliable.
  7. Take a quarter of the dough and pat it down with the heel of your palm to desired thickness (about 1/4 cm).
  8. Cut into desired shapes and place on baking tray.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
