Ingredients:

• 1 cup – raspberries, frozen
• 2 tbsp – quick cooking oats
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• Honey or maple syrup as per needed

Method:

  1. Blend together the frozen raspberries, oats, yogurt, milk and honey or maple syrup as thick smoothie.
  2. Serve immediately with ice cubes or chilled.
