Ingredients:
• 2 – ripe Bananas
• 1 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1 to 2 – Lemon drops
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• ¼ tsp – mustard powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt (optional)
Method:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Beat the curds.
- Add the banana slices after putting a few drops of lemon juice on them.
- Put all the masalas. Mix well.
- If desired add a pinch of salt.
