
Ingredients:
• 3 skinless Chicken breast
• 1 mango, diced
• 1/4 cup almonds, toasted and sliced
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup shredded Carrots
• 2 tbsp chopped Capsicum
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp freshly grated Chicken
• 1/2 cup plain Yoghurt
• 1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Pepper as per taste
• 1 tbsp freshly chopped Mint leaves
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients of marinating.
- Apply it to chicken breasts.
- Marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill for 10 minutes (5 mins on each side).
- Remove and let it cool a bit.
- Make into thin slices.
- Mix to it carrots sesame seeds, capsicum and mango.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients of it.
- Pout it over salad.
- Toss it.
- Garnish with almonds before serving.
