Ingredients:

• 4 – buns
• 1 cup – shredded Carrots
• 8 – slices of Tomato
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• Oil for frying
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – small mushrooms, chopped coarsely
• 1 – onion, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – boiled peas
• 1/4 cup – chopped French beans, boiled
• 1 cup – breadcrumbs
• 1 – Egg white
• 3 – green chillies, chopped finely

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Fry onion till transparent.
  3. Simmer garlic paste for 2 minutes.
  4. Add mushroom and saute for 12-15 minutes, till dry.
  5. Drain and keep aside.
  6. Mix all the other ingredients of patties with mushroom.
  7. Make 4 patties of the mixture.
  8. Shallow fry till golden brown.
  9. Warm the buns.
  10. Slit into halves.
  11. On 4 halves, put tomato slices, patties, shredded carrots and finally grated cheese.
  12. Cover with the remaining halves.
  13. Serve with ketchup.
