
Ingredients:
• 2 -cloves
• Little Ginger
• 1 tbsp – black pepper
• 1/2 inch Cinnamon
• 1 – Cardamom
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – water
• Sugar
• 1 tsp – tea (tea leaves)
Method:
- Crush cloves, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom in a microwaveable container. Along with the crushed spices add black pepper and water. Put it to boil for 2 mins. Then add milk sugar, sugar and tea. Let it boil.
- Keep a close watch so it doesn’t come out of the container.
- With the help of a strainer get rid of the tea leaves and serve hot.
