
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton
• 2 tsps – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 cup – water
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker till done.
- Transfer the cooked mutton to a non-stick pan and fry it in oil till the mutton is red and crisp.
- Serve with onion rings and rotis.
