
Ingredients:
• 250 g – urad
• 2 Green chillies
• 6 coarsely pounded peppercorns
• 1″ piece Ginger
• a few curry leaves, sliced
• salt according to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak in water for 5 hours.
- Drain the water and grind to a paste along with chillies.
- Mix the rest of the above ingredients.
- Heat enough oil and deep fry and drop the paste with the help of a teaspoon in the oil and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
- Drain nicely and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
