
Ingredients:
• 250 gm – Grapes
• 250 gm – lychees, peeled and stoned
• 1 large gd Carrot
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• 2 chopped Celery sticks
• 1/2 cabbage, shredded
• 1 tbsp – chopped Parsley
• 50 gm – roasted Cashew nuts
• 4 tbsp – sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – yellow Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Apple juice
• chopped herbs to garnish
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Combine fruit and vegetables.
- Stir in parsley.
- Heat oil. Add poppy and mustard seeds. Cool.
- Add vinegar and apple juice to oil.
- Mix and pour over coleslaw.
- Garnish with nuts and herbs.
- Serve cold.
