
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – medium sized Potatoes
• 150 gm – Buckwheat flour (kuttu ka atta)
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped
• 1/2 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• salt/ Rock Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – anardana powder
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – water
Method:
- Wash, peel and cut half of the potatoes into thin rounds, slice another halves into lengthwise sticks. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, add chopped chillies, ginger, coriander leaves.
- Add all the spices and salt along with buckwheat flour.
- Add 1 tbsp water, give it a nice toss with spatula and leave for 5 minutes.

- Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.
- Serve hot with chutney.
