Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 3/4-1 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 14-16 – finely sliced Almonds for garnishing
• 2.5 cups – water
Method:
- Boil the sugar in water until it dissolves.
- Heat the ghee lightly in a heavy-bottomed vessel.
- Add the wheat flour and saute until golden brown.
- Gradually add the sugar syrup, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Cook until all the water has been absorbed.
- Garnish with almonds and serve.
