
Ingredients:
• Potato – 1
• Beans – 4
• Channa dal – 2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – few
• Red Chilli – 2
• Onion – 1
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil potato and channa dal
- Boil beans in microwave for 7 min
- Take 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and jeera then add curry leaves and red chilli.
- Add onions, fry till transparent
- Add beans, channa dal, potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Fry for 5 min and serve.
