
Ingredients:
• Sabudhana – 1 cup
• Red Chillies – 5
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves
• Peanuts – 1 cup
• Salt
• Vegetable Oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Soak sabudhana for 30 mins.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil then add jeera, cumin seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves.
- Drain the sabudhana using a strainer. After that put the sabudhana in the pan. Mix well and cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 15 to 20 mins, stirring every 3 mins or so.
- Powder the peanuts.
- Once the sabudhana is ready, sprinkle the powdered peanut over it and mix well. Serve warm.
