
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef, undercut cut Meat and wash
• To grind:
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Jeera/ Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander/ Dhania
• 8 – Dry Red Chillies
• 1 – Medium Onion
• 5 gms – Salt
• 1 cup – Curds
• 1/2 – Medium onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 200 gms – Potatoes, boiled
Method:
- Marinate the meat with salt, curds and ground masala for half an hour.
- Fry onion, with ghee and add the meat and cook.
- Add boiling water to the curry and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add boiled cubed potatoes and salt.
