
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 500 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Ginger – 1 tsp
• Chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Pepper – 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• For gravy:
• Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
• Onion – 100 g
• Chicken stock – 2 cups
• Garlic chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp.
Method:
- First, make a fine paste of chicken. Add sliced onion, maida, corn flour, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce and garlic chilli sauce. Mix well.
- Make medium size balls with the above mixture and deep fry it. For Gravy:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add chopped onion.
- Then put the fried chicken in it and pour all sauces along with the stock and salt.
- Cook till the gravy is done.
