Ingredients:
• 1/2 – firm green Cabbage
• 1- red Onion
• 2 -3- Green chillies finely chopped
• 2- Curry leaves
• 1- small bowl of freshly grated Coconut
• 1tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 pinch- Asafoetida
Method:
- Finely chop both the cabbage and the onion and mix in a bowl.
- In a small pan heat a tbsp of oil. Add mustard seeds when oil is hot.
- When this splutters, add curry leaves and finely chopped chillies followed by the asafoetida.
- Garnish the onions and cabbage with this.
- Add the grated coconut and serve.
