
Ingredients:
• Egg – 1
• Bread – 6 slices, broken
• Sugar – 11 tsp
• Milk – 2 cups
• Vanilla essence – 3 drops
• Cardamom powder
• Salt
Method:
- In a bowl, beat the egg well, and add milk, vanilla essence, cardamom powder, salt, 7 teaspoons of sugar, and broken slices of bread.
- In a different bowl, caramelize 4 teaspoons of sugar.
- Add the bread mixture to it and steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cool and invert on to a serving dish.
- Garnish with nuts and serve chilled.
