Ingredients:

• 4 – cups Chicken stock
• 1/2 cup – shredded Chicken
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Celery
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Garlic
• Salt to taste:
• A pinch – white pepper
• 1 – tbsp Butter
• 1 – tbsp Corn flour
• 2 – cubes grated cheese
• 1 cup – cheese ling biscuits

Method:

  1. Heat butter. Fry onions and chopped garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken stalk, shredded chicken, celery, salt and white pepper.
  3. Add corn flour paste, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add grated cheese, serve with cheese ling biscuits.
