Ingredients:
• 1 kg – chicken, cut into medium pieces
• 2 – Cinnamon
• 8 – Cloves
• Salt
• Vinegar
• To grind (masala):
• 2 – medium Onions
• 6 – medium Green chillies
• 1 – Ginger
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 8 – pepper Corns
• Mint leaves
Method:
- Boil the chicken pieces in 3 cups of water, salt, cinnamon and cloves, for about 1 hour, till the meat is cooked.
- Grind the masala.
- Heat the ghee, fry one onion (sliced), then put the meat and its gravy, masala with its water, vinegar and if required additional water to make curry.
- Simmer for 15 mins
