Ingredients:

• For Manchurian balls:
• 250 gm boneless boiled Chicken (small pieces)
• 1/4 cup chopped Cabbage
• 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
• 1/4 cup chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup chopped boil mutter
• 1/4 cup chopped boil Carrot
• 1 – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• 1 pinch soda bicarb
• Oil for frying
• Water as per need for making ball For soup: 2 tsp oil
• 1 bowl chopped vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, onion, boiled mutter, boiled carrot)
• 1/2 tbsp fine chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tbsp fine chopped Ginger
• 1/2 tbsp fine chopped green chillies1/4 tbsp chilli flakes
• 1/4 tbsp Oregano
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• As per taste chilli sauce
• 2 tsp soya sauce
• 1/4 tbsp Vinegar
• 3 tsp Corn flour
• 1 tsp ajinomoto
• 3 cup of water For garnishing:
• 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup chopped Spring onion (without head)

Method:

  1. Take all purpose four in a bowl; add chicken, vegetables, salt and soda bicarb. Mix it well.
  2. Then add water and make balls.
  3. Fry the balls and keep it aside.
  4. For soup: take oil in pan, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, chilli flakes and oregano; stir well.
  5. Add vegetables and salt, stir for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take corn flour in a small bowl add water mix it well and add in the pan.
  7. Add sauces, ajinomoto and vinegar.
  8. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add balls and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion. Serve hot.
