
Ingredients:
• Cooked Rice – 1 cup
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• Urad dhal – 1 tbsp
• Channa dhal – 1 tbsp
• Red Chillies – 3
• Salt to taste
• Coconut, grated – 1 cup
• Asafoetida – 2 pinches
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add urad dhal and channa dhal and fry till golden brown.
- Add red chillies, salt and coconut. Fry for 3 minutes.
- Spread the cooked rice in a big plate and top with ingredients from the pan and serve immediately
