
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – jelly crystals (lemon or pineapple)
• 3 tbsp – water boiling hot
• 1 tsp – Cabbage finely shredded
• 1 tbsp – shell macaroni boiled
• 1 small Carrot grated
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – vanilla ice Cream
Method:
- Mix jelly crystals and sugar in water till dissolved.
- Set in a bowl, till semi solid. Break with a fork.
- Mix with all other ingredients, except icecream.
- Set in either individual rinsed mould or individual serving transparent bowls.
- Place in refrigerator till set.
- Chill , top with icecream blobs and serve.
