
Ingredients:
• One bunch – coriander
• 1.5 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – ginger- Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – crushed cumin, Coriander seed
• A little – Jaggery
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Cut coriander finely. Mix all the ingredients and make dough of it.
- Add little oil to this dough.
- Roll this dough in cylindrical shape.
- Steam this dough for 15 min. in pressure cooker.
- After cooling cut into thin pieces.
- Deep fry them till they are brown
- Serve with Tomato Sauce.
