Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 200 ml – Cream
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – ginger, chopped
• 1 tbsp – garlic, chopped
• 3 – green Cardamom
• 1 – big Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – kasoori Methi
Method:
- Grind the onions along with ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
- Mix the chicken with all the ingredients except green chillies. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, till cooked through.
- Add the green chillies and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
- Check for seasoning.
- Switch off the heat and serve with roti, rice or bread.
