Ingredients:

• 1 Broccoli flower
• besan flour- 1/4 cup
• Corn flour- 3 tbsp (for crispness)
• chilli powder- to taste
• garam masala- to taste
• salt- to taste
• Kesar colour -a pinch
• ginger-garlic paste- to taste
• Lemon juice (from half Lemon)
• water
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces with the stem. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix besan, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, kesar colour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and water. Mix well to a bajji batter consistency.
  3. Now dip the broccoli pieces in the batter and fry it in oil.
  4. Fry till golden brown. Drain the excess oil on a tissue paper.
  5. Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
