Ingredients:

• 1 cup – puffed Rice
• 1/2 cup – cornflakes, crushed lightly
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1 – boiled potato, finely chopped
• 1 slice – raw mango, finely chopped (optional)
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – thin sev
• salt and Lemon to taste

Method:

  1. Dry-roast the puffed rice in a dry and heavy pan until light in texture. Cool a little in a large bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
