Ingredients:
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 cup – bread crumb
• Oil for frying
• For cutlet:
• 4 – hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped finely
• 2 – boiled potatoes, peeled and smashed
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped carrots, boiled
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped French beans, boiled
• 1/4 cup – boiled peas
• 2 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt as per taste
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the cutlets
- Make small balls of the mixture and press them slightly and shape into cutlets.
- Beat together the egg and a pinch of salt.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg.
- Roll them in the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot
