Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Musk melon pulp
• 1 cup – Whipped Cream
• 2 tbsp – Icing Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Gelatin
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp -Vanilla essence
• Cherries – 5-6
• Ice – I tray
Method:
- Soak the gelatine in 2 tbsp of water
- Mix the corn flour with 1/2 cup of milk
- Boil the remaining milk
- Add the corn flour mixture and 1/2 a cup of sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring
- Now dissolve the gelatine over a low flame and add to the custard
- Cool the custard and mix it
