Ingredients:
• 15 – button Mushrooms
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Green chilli
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Shredded Coconut
• Yoghurt
Method:
- With small portions of onion & tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, 10 curry leaves, 5 stems of coriander leaves, shredded coconut, 3 spoons of yoghurt, make a paste.
- Green chilli is the only hot stuff we are adding. So if you want more spice, then add 6 to 7chillies .
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard, urad dal, cumin seed, anise seeds and wait till it sprinkles.
- Then add onion, tomatoes, cook until it turns to golden brown.
- Add sliced mushrooms and finally add the paste and salt to taste.
- Remember that mushroom give out water as they get cooked, so don’t pour too much water. It takes hardly 10 minutes to cook.
- Stir occasionally.
- While cooking, cook with lid closed.
