
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• warm water to knead
• Ghee to Deep Fried
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the flour, salt and ghee.
- Knead a very stiff dough with the warm water.
- Shape in to balls a little larger than a ping pong ball.
- Pressure cook the balls for 2 whistles.
- Let it cool.
- Cut into slices.
- Deep Fried in hot ghee.
- Drain and serve hot with dal.
