
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – jelly mix (flavour: Raspberry / Strawberry / cherry)
• 1 packet – custard mix
• 1 cup – seasonal fruits (chopped)
• Some chocolate (grated) or whipped Cream for garnishing
Method:
- Prepare custard as per instructions on the pack. Keep aside and allow to cool.
- Prepare jelly as per instructions on the pack.
- Pour the mixture into disposable glasses. Fill one-third of the glass.
- Keep at room temperature for half an hour and allow to set.
- Till the time the jelly gets set, chop the fruits and keep aside.
- Add the fruits on top of jelly. Fill two-third of the glass with fruits.
- At last, fill the glass with custard.
- Top with grated chocolate or whipped cream.
- Garnish with dry fruits or fresh fruits like cherry/strawberry or grapes.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled.
