
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Onion – 2
• Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli dry – 8
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
• Ginger, finely chopped – 2 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
• Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
• Tomatoes – 8
• Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 5 tbsp
• 1 portion – whole Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop the cleaned chicken.
- Pound the whole coriander and red chillies together.
- Slice the onions.
- In a kadai heat oil, add whole garam masala and onions.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Then put in chopped ginger and garlic paste, saute, add chilli and coriander powder to it.
- Stir for a while.
- Add tomatoes to it and stir till oil separates.
- Put in the chicken pieces and salt, mix it, sprinkle little garam masala powder and cover it.
- Cook for 8-10 mins in low flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve.
