Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 kg
• Onion – 2
• Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli dry – 8
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
• Ginger, finely chopped – 2 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
• Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
• Tomatoes – 8
• Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 5 tbsp
• 1 portion – whole Garam Masala
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the cleaned chicken.
  2. Pound the whole coriander and red chillies together.
  3. Slice the onions.
  4. In a kadai heat oil, add whole garam masala and onions.
  5. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Then put in chopped ginger and garlic paste, saute, add chilli and coriander powder to it.
  7. Stir for a while.
  8. Add tomatoes to it and stir till oil separates.
  9. Put in the chicken pieces and salt, mix it, sprinkle little garam masala powder and cover it.
  10. Cook for 8-10 mins in low flame.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  12. Serve.
