
Ingredients:
• 1 whole – Cauliflower cut into florets
• 3 to 4 tsp – all purpose flour
• 2 to 3 tsp – cornflour
• 2 to 3 tsp – Lemon juice
• 3 to 4 pinches – food colour (orange)
• 1.5 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Oil for deep frying
• Cilantro for garnishing
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take cauliflower florets and sprinkle all purpose flour, corn flour and orange food colour in cauliflower florets.
- Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours for marination.
- Finally take oil in pan and let it heat on high flame.
- Deep fry the florets and garnish with cilantro.
