
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sarson saag (mustard leaves, chopped fine)
• 1 cup – Spinach leaves (chopped)
• 1 pod – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 2 tbsp. – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 cups – bread crumbs
• 3 tbsp. – besan (gram flour)
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- Boil spinach and mustard leaves with the ginger and garlic till soft.
- Drain excess water and grind to a paste.
- Now, mix in the chopped mint, green chillies, bread crumbs and the besan.
- Shape into round tikkis and fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
