
Ingredients:
• 8 slices – sandwich bread
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 4 slices smoked or cooked Ham
• 3 tsp – mayonnaise
Method:
- Butter the bread well.
- Place slices of ham on 4 slices of bread.
- Spread mayonnaise on top.
- Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut a way the hard crusts and cut into diagonal sandwiches.
