
Ingredients:
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Chicken -1 kg
• Onion -3
• Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder -1 tbsp
• Coriander -1 tbsp
• Pepper – 1 tbsp
• Ajino motto – 3 pinch
• Sugar – 2 pinches
• Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
• Vinegar – 2 tsp
• Red colour – a pinch
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Fry the onions, ginger garlic paste to a very transparent light brown colour.
- Then put all the ingredients and chicken together and cook it on a medium flame without covering the lid.
- Cook till the chicken become tender in a thick gravy.
- Add little red colour.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
