
Ingredients:
• Karela – 1
• Onion – 1 finely chopped
• Cucumber – 1 finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1. 5 cups – curds
• Salt
Method:
- Chop the bitter gourd finely.
- Fry the karela in a little oil till crispy and dark brown in colour.
- Take a bowl, add onions, cucumber, chilli, salt and the curds.
- Add the fried karela pieces just before serving.
