Ingredients:

• 3 cups – whole-wheat flour (atta) sieved
• 3 Bananas
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• Ghee for frying

Method:

  1. Knead a firm dough with all the ingredients except ghee.
  2. Make small balls and roll out each to 8 cm discs.
  3. Deep fry in hot ghee till puffed and golden.
  4. Boiled, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes can be used instead of bananas.
