
Ingredients:
• 1 kg-chicken
• 1.5 tbsp- Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp-coriander powder
• 4-5-cloves
• 2 sticks-cinnamon
• 2 pods-cardamom
• 1/2 tsp- black pepper Corn
• 1 tsp-saunf
• 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup-desiccated Coconut
• 2- large Onion
• 2 inch piece-ginger
• 6 -green chilli
• 3- Curry leaves
• 2 tsp- salt
• 5 desert spoon-cooking oil
Method:
- Roast 2 tbsp coconut till brown and then the ingredients from red chilli powder to turmeric powder.
- Grind them well.
- Saute the ingredients from onions to curry leaves and then the ground paste.
- Add the chopped chicken pieces and then 1 cup of milk extracted from the remaining coconut.
- Add salt and cook till the chicken becomes tender.
